Can I just design a website on my own?
Of course! If you like HTML, CSS, SSL, CGI, SSI, XML, PHP, CFM, JSP, ASP, DHTML, SHTML, Flash, Java, .... If you don't want to spend months learning the basic foundations of web design, you might want to let a professional designer develop your site.

Can you guarantee my site will be listed in all the search engines?
No, and no reputable company would make these guarantees! However, all of the sites we design, optimize and submit to the search engines are eventually indexed. It is a good idea for your website to be re-evaluated in time as over a period of time the search engines do alter their rules and algorithms and you will want to be certain that your website is kept up to date and complies with new rules etc.

I'm in Florida, why should I hire a designer in Washington State?
Usually, you won't need to meet your designer face-to-face. Consider searching for designers outside your local area. All communications can easily be handled by phone, e-mail and express mail services. Keep in mind that working long distance should not stop you from hiring the right designer for the job. We've built and manage sites for clients as far away as Tennessee.

What is web hosting?
Web hosting is a monthly fee that you pay to have your site accessible on the Internet. We can provide reliable web hosting and support for our clients.

What is site maintenance?
Site maintenance is a fee paid monthly to keep your site updated with new content that you provide. Most good web sites have new content updated regularly. Fresh content is what will keep your visitors coming back. This is an optional service that we offer for our customers. If you want to maintain your website yourself you can do so.
